What a Day!!

Today was the 1st day on the floor (OJT). It surely was not an ez day for me. I know what the question was asking but I just do not know how to start!
Worse still, I kinda know what to do but do not know how to go about doing it and end up I had a lot of mistakes done (I think).
Anyway, in total I did 5 in queues today. I have to be optimistic and pat myself on the back.
5 queues in a span of 8 hours..Good Job!
